Elizabeth Faulkner Function Agreement
Please read the following carefully and initial in the small spaces provided.
In order that we may give you the most complete wedding coverage possible it is absolutely necessary that
everyone be ready at all pre-arranged times.____________ Any changes in the date or time of the wedding
nullify this agreement. A $300 date change fee will be charged and can be used within twelve months upon
availability, and new pricing will be based on current pricing at that time. A 25% retainer is required to reserve
your wedding date and time. All retainers are non-refundable as are any payments made toward the balance
due whether the contracting party pays the retainer or someone else on their behalf and the agreement is
non-transferable.__________ A $ 50.00 discount is applied if the balance is paid three months early.
The final payment on your account is due two weeks prior to your wedding date. If an account is left unpaid
up to thirteen days prior to the event, a 10% late fee will be added to the payment due and only cash will be
accepted as payment. No partial payments will be accepted. A postmark will be accepted for due dates. A
ninety day cancellation notice in writing of your wedding is required. A wedding that is cancelled within 89
days of the contracted date will be billed and due the full amount of the balance.__________ All photographs
shown and delivered are Copyrighted by Elizabeth Faulkner Photography and may not be copied or
reproduced in any way under Federal Law.____________ Negatives are considered copyrighted property of
Elizabeth Faulkner unless purchased by the contracting party within one year of the date of marriage. After
one year the negatives and or CD images will be discarded. _____________ It is agreed that rights to exclusive
use of negative material and reproductions there from are reserved in Elizabeth Faulkner Photography
whether for display, publication or otherwise._____________ Overtime will be billed at $ 250.00 per hour and
will be due and payable at the event. Overtime may be charged at half hour increments also. Studio liability is
limited to refunding the amount paid should mechanical failure, theft, accident, illness, or other mishap
beyond our reasonable control should occur which prevents fulfillment of our agreement.____________Each
wedding photographed will be considered one order, no matter how many individual parties are to receive
photographs. There will be no separate billings. Any package chosen by the contracting party with reprints,
album, or an engagement session must be redeemed within 3 months of the wedding date. After 3 months of
the wedding date a late fee of $ 50.00 per month will be charged for up to one year when the negatives/CD
images will be discarded.____________It is anticipated that full cooperation and respect be given to Elizabeth
Faulkner on the day of the event by all parties involved with the wedding. If, in the event that any person
physically or verbally harm or threaten Elizabeth Faulkner, if a physical altercation or unsafe surroundings
occur, we reserve the right to refuse service and terminate this contract during the event without any refund
of moneys due.____________ If any camera equipment is broken by any party involved with the wedding, the
contracting party will be billed for the broken eqipment._____________All prices are subject to change without
written or verbal notice, excluding your written contract._____________ Gratuities are not mandatory, but
always welcomed for appreciation of great service.
